Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Sign-Up Fee Refund: If we fail to provide an average of 3 to 4 referrals per month as specified, the sign-up fee will be refunded to the client’s account.
  • Reimbursement of Sign-Up Fee: The sign-up fee will be reimbursed after the first successful closing.

Process for Refunds

  • Request: Clients must submit a refund request within 30 days of the qualifying event.
  • Review: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
  • Payment: Approved refunds will be credited back to the client’s account or original payment method.
